Standard Shipping

Orders shipped within the U.S. will be delivered by USPS. International orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. A signature may be required upon delivery for international shipments. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders are fulfilled by delivery partners based on destination. Shipping fees shown at checkout may vary by location and order size. Expedited shipments use services like UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide faster delivery. Tracking information will be provided.

Order Processing Time

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons, extra time may be needed to carefully process orders and ensure quality.

If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and make it right. Restocking is constantly in progress.

Longer than normal estimated shipping times shown during checkout typically indicate a product is temporarily out of stock and being replenished.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery timeline shown at checkout includes both the processing time and in-transit time. Actual delivery times vary by destination and product.

For standard shipping:

  • International orders: Allow an estimated 7–15 business days.

Standard shipping does not have guaranteed delivery dates due to potential customs delays or other factors.

For time-sensitive orders, Expedited Shipping is recommended. Expresses delivery is faster but more expensive.

Additional customs clearance processes in the destination country can sometimes delay Standard Shipping deliveries further. We have no control over the customs procedures once an order leaves our facility.

Expedited Shipping Delivery

For most countries outside the US, our expedited shipping option takes 3-7 business days for delivery from the shipment date.

In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer than our average estimates.

To track your package and view carrier-provided delivery estimates, check the tracking URL provided in your shipment confirmation email after your order has shipped.

The carrier's tracking page will display the most up-to-date delivery timeline based on your exact shipment and destination. This will be the most accurate estimate.

Delivery Exceptions

Door-to-door delivery is available for most addresses globally. In rare cases, certain regions may be excluded.

If you select expedited DHL Express Worldwide shipping, they offer free On Demand Delivery services in many countries such as:

  • Scheduling delivery date/time or holding package until requested
  • Waiving signature requirement
  • Leaving with neighbor or redirecting to alternate address
  • Diverting to a DHL service point for pickup

Standard Shipping Timelines
